I specialize in conferences and meetings for both large and small groups. In 1969 I quit my job of one year, put everything I owned into storage and spent 3 months "bumming" around Europe. That was the beginning of a lifetime love affair with travel, which has turned into a 30+ year career. I specialize in customized tours in France and Italy for individuals and groups. I have developed a wonderful network of contacts that allows me to personalize every detail of the trips I plan for my clients. Paris was my favorite city in 1969 and remains so, but beyond Paris and the great cities of Italy are the wonderful small towns and picturesque valleys that call to us. A vacation is for memories. April 10 Driving through Italy. Last year while we were in Italy we visited the small village where my great grandmother was born and met relatives for the first time. We're going back for a reunion.
Oct. 8, 2010 Northern Spain--A tour with stays in San Sebastian at the Maria Christina Hotel, the Frank Gehry designed hotel at the wine estate Marques de Riscal, Bilbao with a visit to the Guggenheim, Leon staying at the Parador San Marcos and following the pilgrimage trail to Santiago de Compostela where we stayed at the beautiful Parador de los Reyes Catolicos. Exceptional trip in an absolutely beautiful area with history, wine and great food.
April 25, 2011 Italy--Stresa, on Lago Maggiore, is a beautiful little town. Every building has it's flower boxes literally dripping with flowers. Good restaurants and wine bars and a lake with islands that have castles and incredible gardens. You can even take the ferry to Locarno, Switzerland. From Stresa we went to Asti and then on to the Ligurian coast (Portofino, Rappallo, etc.). We took a ferry along the Cinque Terre and had a wonderful lunch at the Gambero Rosso in Vernazza. We stayed inland at a charming B&B called Villa Paggi. Then on to Pistoia and Lucca. Stayed at the Hotel Universo in Lucca which has a great location. Best gelato in Lucca is at Veneta on Via Vittorio. Then up to see the family in Tereglio. A small village of 200 people. The restaurant, La Crepa, is owned by my cousin. There is a nice B&B in town called La Fagiana.
The cousins had a wonderful surprise birthday for my mother--it was her 86th birthday. Fabulous trip!

1989 was the year I fell in love with travel. I went to Mazatlan, Mexico for the first time and loved it. The very next year I found myself putting together a group to go back to Mexico. I have enjoyed arranging group travel and escorting groups ever since. I started working for Passport To Travel in 1999 and arrange group travel for Continuing Education groups that go to Hawaii and the Caribbean every year.

I am a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) and have over 19 years experience in the travel industry. My interest in travel started out as a young girl dreaming of the many places that I wanted to visit. I decided that travel was the place for me. I started working for the airlines in reservations, operations, Customer Service, Gate Agent, Groups, VIP Travel Services Department and now as a travel agent. I have handled corporate travel for companies large and small and worked extensively with leisure travel groups.

In 1989 I decided I wanted to have a more interesting job and travel was my choice. I attended a travel agents' school and started working immediately after graduation. The school was taught by Renee Rollins and now 19 years later I have come full circle by working for Renee and Mary at Passport To Travel. I specialize in arranging business travel and vacations for singles, couples and families. I enjoy traveling and have visited much of the world--England, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Costa Rica and Fiji to name a few.
